Stainless-steel Loop Posts create a durable chain or rope boundary with fewer moving parts and less daily adjustment—ideal for amusement parks, attractions, outdoor venues, and established pedestrian routes. Choose two or four welded loops, single or dual line, and five base styles.
Loop Posts are sold without chain or rope. Heavy-duty stainless-steel chain is the primary recommendation, while compatible ropes provide an alternative for applications that benefit from a softer appearance.
Use outdoor-rated 3/16-inch polished stainless-steel chain for a durable exterior barrier. Compatible 1.5-inch cotton-core or braided polypropylene ropes may also be specified separately.

A permanently established mounting option for locations that are not intended to change. A steel post welded to a 5 in. diameter steel base and secured with three screws. The simplest mounted construction for a queue position that is intentionally permanent. Final pricing depends on the complete stanchion configuration and installation requirements.
Loop Posts are best where a queue or perimeter must remain visible, continuous, and dependable through sustained traffic and outdoor exposure.
Two-loop models create straightforward directional boundaries. Four-loop models provide additional connection directions. Either can be ordered as a single-line post or with a lower dual line for a more defined, ADA-friendly queue layout.

ST620 models have two welded top loops, while ST640 models have four top loops for connections from additional directions. Adding D to either model identifies the dual-line version with corresponding lower connections.
ST620D and ST640D dual-line configurations add lower connections that can support an accessibility-conscious barrier layout and help deter children or other guests from ducking under the upper chain. Final post spacing, chain height, clear width, turning space, and route design must be evaluated as part of the complete site layout.
