Visiontron began with a practical goal: make crowd control, queueing, and signage more dependable for the places people share. As airports, venues, retailers, and public facilities became busier and more complex, the need for clear guidance grew with them.

Over time, that product focus expanded into a broader approach to people guidance. A queue is only one part of the experience; signs, barriers, layout, and day-to-day operations all affect whether people can move through a space safely and confidently.

In 1992, the Torsiello family acquired Visiontron and brought a strong focus on craftsmanship, innovation, and personal attention to the business. Visiontron remains family-owned, with a third generation involved in its leadership.

That continuity shapes how we work: thinking beyond the initial sale, staying accountable for the products we make, and building lasting relationships with employees, partners, and customers. The family-owned structure also keeps leadership close to the everyday challenges customers bring to us.

That thinking has led to EVERstraight® post alignment, MINI-SOCKET® base mounts, and E-Z Back® braking for a more controlled belt return. Visiontron also pioneered the 10' RETRACTA-BELT® retractable belt, which lets facilities span more distance with fewer posts.

Some of our most recognized solutions began with a customer's specific challenge. Custom baggage sizers for airlines and durable post-and-panel barriers for transportation environments are examples of how listening, engineering, and manufacturing come together.
