The uniquely designed, hinged-top opening allows for easy replacement of signage with no additional tools, and is affixed to the frame so it can never be lost.
Each frame includes one black Adapter Cone and fits on RETRACTA-BELT PRIME posts and nearly all 2.5″ dia. stanchions on the market.
