The WM5000 uses one heavy-duty fixed installation. The aluminum housing must be secured to a suitable structural surface capable of supporting the unit and the forces created by a tensioned 50' belt.
Secure the WM5000 aluminum housing using 4 screws (2 on each side) to a suitable structural wall or surface.
The WM5000 does not terminate at a standard wall-mount receiver. Its dedicated aluminum belt end requires the HDRE Heavy Duty Receiving End, ordered separately. The HDRE mounts to the opposite structural surface with two fasteners and accepts the WM5000 belt clip. Its heavy-duty construction supports the long-span, manually tensioned barrier.
Complete the far side of a 50' WM5000 RETRACTA-BELT Wall Mount barrier span with the receiving end designed specifically for its belt. The Smooth Black HDRE mounts to a suitable wall or surface and accepts the belt from the rugged hand-crank wall-mount unit.
WM5000 manual barriers are intended for very wide access points where visibility, outdoor durability, and adjustable belt tension matter more than automatic spring retraction.
