The PM412 places the premium WM412 30' wall-mount mechanism on a heavy-duty portable post. Its extra-heavy sloped cast-iron base, standard WEATHER-PROTECT coating, EVERstraight® connection, and built-in RETRACTA-WHEEL create a stable long-span barrier that one person can reposition.
The PM412 uses the field-serviceable 30' WM412 RETRACTA-BELT® mechanism, giving industrial and safety teams long-span coverage with controlled retraction from one portable post. The brake slows the belt as it returns, helping reduce whip-back injuries and accidental impacts around workers, equipment, and vehicles.
The PM412 is constructed as a weatherproof long-span utility barrier. Its high-impact polycarbonate belt housing, aluminum or stainless steel post, tightly woven webbing, and 30 lb cast iron base support repeated use in industrial, transportation, marine, and outdoor safety applications. The PM412’s 30 lb sloped cast iron base provides the stability needed to support its extended 30' belt in demanding indoor and outdoor environments. Its low-profile shape helps reduce trip hazards, while the durable WEATHER-PROTECT coating guards against exposure to the elements.
The EVERstraight® post connection helps keep the stanchion aligned and upright, even after repeated setup, movement, and daily use. For easier relocation, the concealed RETRACTA-WHEEL remains hidden beneath the base during operation. Simply tilt the stanchion to engage the wheel, roll it into position, and return it upright for a clean, stable installation—without lifting or carrying the full 30 lb base.

Every PM412 includes one extra-heavy 30-pound sloped cast-iron base with EVERstraight®, WEATHER-PROTECT, molded floor protectors, and the built-in RETRACTA-WHEEL.
No. RETRACTA-WHEEL is standard on the PM412. Tilt the post to expose the wheel for transport; when the stanchion is upright, the wheel conceals beneath the base.
Choose Black, Yellow, Polished, or Satin Aluminum, or Satin Stainless Steel. The polycarbonate belt housing is Smooth Black except on the Yellow Aluminum model, which uses a Yellow housing.
Choose from solid colors, diagonal hazard patterns, and messages including Caution–Do Not Enter, Danger–Keep Out, No Entry, This Lane Closed, and Authorized Access Only. Custom printing is also available, although dye-sublimated belts are not intended for prolonged UV exposure.
