18 lb Cast Iron Sloped Base with EVERstraight® Technology keeps floor stanchions straight. Upgrade to a 30 lb Heavy Baseweight, Weather-Protect coating or add our exclusive RETRACTA-WHEEL for enhanced Stanchion Base Styles.
- Stock Coating Our premium cast iron sloped bases come standard with mild, weather-resistant, wet paint (not rated for outdoor use).
- Weather-Protect More durable Weather-Protect coating is usually sufficient for most outdoor, non-coastal applications (Extended submersion could cause the glue to fail on the rubber pads).
- ULTRA Weather-Protect Extremely durable ULTRA Weather-Protect is a process designed for prolonged, harsh outdoor exposure, such as an outdoor queue for a ferry terminal.
- Stanchion transports easily when RETRACTA-WHEEL is exposed.

Magnetic Base Mount
Our most attractive base mount.MAGNETIC stanchions base mounts are the only ones that don’t require drilling into floors. Securely adheres to most surfaces with VHB tape.
- Maximize Queue Space: Small base diameter allows for tighter lane widths to get more linear queuing in the same area.
- Beveled base plate edges: prevent tripping when posts are removed.
Integrated alignment features ensure posts stay on the plate and don’t slide off while in use.
With EZ360, posts can easily rotate in any direction after installation–allowing you to align and realign your belts as needed.

MINI-SOCKET® Base Mount
Minimum Footprint. Maximum Style.Patented MINI-SOCKET® stanchion base mounts have the smallest possible footprint, making posts appear ‘baseless’ and install in 15 min. Different length sockets are available to accommodate all flooring types.
- Accommodates thinner floors where larger, deeper sockets can’t be installed.

Sturdy posts won’t shift when installed in REMOVABLE base mounts, but easily remove from socket for flexible floor stanchions queues.
- Expandable queuing area: set up additional posts for a larger queuing area during busy seasons. When fewer posts are needed, insert the socket cap and store posts for a neat appearance and no tripping hazard.
- Easy floor maintenance: no heavy bases to transport. Simply remove the lightweight posts, clean the floor, and insert the posts back into the sockets.

Fixed Base Mount
FIXED base mounts are the ideal solution when setting up permanently established floor stanchion queues. Easy to install. Simply requires three screws to be drilled into the ground.
- Economical. The permanent fixed base mount is the most economical option in our product line.
- Built tough. The steel post, welded to the 5” diameter steel base, ensures a strong permanently secured attachment to the ground.
