Payments/Orders
All first time orders are to be prepaid.
We accept company checks, money orders and credit cards (Visa,
Master Card & American
Express). In order to receive an open account, a credit application
must be submitted and approved by our credit department. Orders
shipped on open account are payable net 30 days. Late payments
are subject to interest compounded at 1 ½ % per month.
Any returned checks or insufficient funds will be subject to
the current bank fee. All phone orders must be confirmed in writing
via mail or fax and must have “Confirmation Do Not Duplicate” clearly
noted on confirmation. Any order duplications made will be the
customer’s responsibility and will be subject to a 20%
restocking fee.
Custom Orders
Custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit
and must be prepaid prior to shipping. We do not accept returns
on custom orders.

Prices are
subject to change without notice.
Shipping
All orders are shipped F.O.B our
factory. U.P.S and/or Parcel Post charges will be added to the
invoice. Motor & Air
Freight shipments are made on a prepaid or collect basis. C.O.D
shipments are subject to an additional charge, which is determined
by the freight carrier. Unless specified on order, we reserve
the right to select a carrier based on cost and destination.
Every attempt will be made to select the best carrier for your
shipment. Items that require crating are subject to an additional
charge noted in our price list.
Delivery Dates
Delivery dates are determined at the time the order
is received and are only an estimate and are not guaranteed. Visiontron
will not be responsible for penalties, whether monetary or otherwise,
due to shipping delays.
Returns
All returns must have a Return Authorization Number and must
be within 14 days of invoice date. This number may be obtained
by contacting our customer service department. All returns are
subject to a 20% restocking charge or $15 minimum, unless otherwise
agreed upon prior to return. Returns may be subject to an additional
fee determined by the condition of the item upon return. All
returns must be shipped prepaid. We do not accept returns on
custom items.
Claims
Orders must be examined upon
receipt. Any discrepancies or shortages require written notification
to Visiontron within 14 days of receipt. Unauthorized charges
due to field labor will not be honored. Claims for damaged
shipments are the customer’s
responsibility and should be made directly to the carrier.
Warranties
Retracta-Belt Posts and
Heads carry a 5-year warranty.
All other products
carry a 1 year limited warranty due to defects in materials
or workmanship.
