Consent to Search and Inspect:
All passenger items, carry-on and checked are subject to search. Passengers checking baggage will be asked to present identification. Passengers refusing to present identification and/or permit checked baggage inspection may not be transported.

Film:
The equipment used to screen checked baggage will damage undeveloped film. Pack your undeveloped film in your carry-on bag. High speed film and specialty film should be hand inspected at the security checkpoint. To facilitate hand-inspection, remove your undeveloped film from the canister and pack in a clear plastic bag.

Public Inspection of Tariffs:
All the currently effective passenger tariffs to which this airline is a party and all passenger tariff publications which have been issued but are not yet effective are on file in the airline office. The tariffs may be inspected by any person upon request and without assignment of any reason for such inspection. The employees of this airline on duty in this office will lend assistance in securing information from tariffs. In addition a complete file of all tariffs of this airline including cancelled tariffs with indexes thereof is maintained and kept available for public inspection.

Limitations of Liability:
Airline liability for death or personal injury is limited by the Montreal Convention, or its predecessor, the Warsaw Convention, and tariff provisions in the case of travel to or from a foreign country. For international travel (including domestic portions of international journeys), liability for loss, delay or damage to checked and unchecked baggage is limited to 1,000 Special Drawing Rights (approximately $1,400, subject to currency rate change) per passenger. Domestic travel liability is limited to $3,000 per passenger for checked baggage. Special rules apply to valuable articles. See the notice with your tickets or consult your airline ortravel agent for further information.

Transportation of Currency:
If you transport, mail, ship or receive more than $10,000 in currency of the United States or any other country, or monetary instruments (such as travelers checks, negotiable instrument in bearer form, or money orders)into or out of the United States, you must file a report with U.S. Customs. Ask a Customs officer for the currency report form. Failure to report can result in forfeiture of the monies and civil and criminal penalties (31 U.S.C. 1101 et seq). False Statements:
Federal Law prohibits any person from making false statements concerning hijacking or the carriage of weapons or explosives aboard aircraft.

TRANSPORTATION OF FIREARMS
UNITED STATES FEDERAL REGULATIONS REQUIRE THAT FIREARMS IN CHECKED BAGGAGE MUST BE DECLARED AND UNLOADED.
FIREARMS MUST BE UNLOADED AND CARRIED IN A LOCKED, HARD SIDED CONTAINER AND THE KEY OR COMBINATION MUST BE RETAINED BY THE PASSENGER CHECKING THE FIREARM.
PASSENGERS FAILING TO DECLARE FIREARMS OR TRANSPORTING LOADED FIREARMS ARE SUBJECT TO SUBSTANTIAL CIVIL AND CRIMINAL PENALTIES.
Notice - Overbooking of Flights:
Airline flights may be overbooked and there is a slight chance that a seat will not be available on a flight for which a person has a confirmed reservation. If the flight is overbooked, no one will be denied a seat until airline personnel first ask for volunteers willing to give up their reservation in exchange for a payment of the airline’s choosing. If there are not enough volunteers, the airline will deny boarding to other persons in accordance with its particular boarding priority. With few exceptions, persons denied boarding involuntarily are entitled to compensation.
