We have done this for over 45 years for our ever expanding network of dealers and resellers and we see no signs of stopping anytime soon. An American manufacturing facility (yes they still exist)

Located in Hauppauge NY, our 40,000 square foot facility is setup for both mass production and mass customization. We strive to manufacture as much of our product in house in order to control and maintain our high quality standards that are proudly made in America.

We develop and design nearly all of our products in house. This has caused us to have a “You-need-it, We’ll-make-it” philosophy. Whether it is an addition to our standard product line (usually developed because a dealer needs it), or a completely custom product never seen before; we never back down from a product development challenge

A philosophy of Continuous Improvement throughout

After 45 years we like to think we’re pretty good at what we do, but there’s always room for improvement. We are always looking for ways to provide our customers with better products at a lower price delivered faster. We’ve spent the better part of last year updating and expanding our manufacturing and production lines to handle the growing demand for our products. In addition, we’ve reengineered our Retracta-Belt line with tighter tolerances, a sleeker design and switched our plastic pieces to a material that is considered bullet proof.

Family owned with a history AND a future!

Visiontron has been built based on good ole American family morals to be honest and hardworking. The Torsiello Family is on its second generation of ownership and has a third generation in line for a bright and enthusiastic future. The family values within Visiontron expand beyond the bloodline and flow through to our employees, suppliers and most importantly our customers. There’s a good chance that the person you spoke with today will be here when you call back in a few years.

We actually answer the phone

Some people may like talking to automated call machines, but we sure don’t. That’s why a real, live person will always answer the phone (during business hours of course).

Probably more important than anything, we are dedicated to supplying world class customer service. We will literally bend over backwards, (you should see it), in order to help a customer. We’ve all experienced nightmare companies where you wonder how they could have any customers. We’ve vowed never to let that happen when you deal with Visiontron.

We work WITH our dealers, not against them

We pass nearly all of the direct sales calls we receive on to our dealers. We want everyone to get a piece of the cake. There are special occasions that we have to deal direct in order to compete with other manufacturers, but many times our prices are so competitive dealers are able to compete directly with manufacturers!

We let you take all of the credit

We want our dealers to grow with us. If you want your name on our product, we’ll do it for you! We offer custom post cap labels and blind drop ship which hides any evidence of us even being there so you can gain all of the marketing benefits and repeat business.

We ship products….Quickly

The first part might be enough for some companies, but not for us. Have you ever heard of same day shipment if you order before noon? We offer select products with this great benefit and deliver almost all of our other orders within 48 hours. What about a same afternoon turnaround on a 50 post deal that included staying several hours after the shop closed waiting for the trucking company – without any additional charge!
